The Robot RW / DWP stainless steel submersible pump is equipped with a vortex impeller. This is the principle of a centrifugal pump where the impeller rotates in the rear of the pump housing, free from the suction plate and hydraulics. The Robot pumps are also been sold as Svedala and Flygt. When Robot was acquired by ITT Water and Wastewater in 2010, Flygt added the RW model to its lineup. With some modifications, this became the D8000 series. It was produced for 15 years, but Flygt discontinued it. All Stainless Steel models were and are available as Robot DWP-U pumps. An interchangeability table between the Flygt D8000 series and the Robot pump DWP-U series will be available soon. Scrolling down you will find all available curves of the old and new series of Robot pumps.
